China recently tested an anti-satellite missile system. It is similar to the US’s ASAT program from the 1980’s but rather than firing the missile from an airborne fighter jet it is a ballistic missile fired from the ground. This is not an Anti-Missile defense system like the US is currently developing, but an offensive weapons system designed to shoot down communications and weapons satellites, which in the event of a war would be devastating to the US military, and more importantly the economy and communications industries.

I was bored, so I decided to install FreeBSD 6.0 on my Dell Inspiron 6000. I just ordered a newer laptop, even though I just got this one in November.. The Core Duo should be elite.
